Our grants improve the Social Determinants of Health in Louisiana.
Research shows that 70% or more of a person’s health outcomes are shaped by their daily physical, emotional, and social experiences. Our grantee partners’ work connects healthcare, education, economic stability, built environments, and social supports with their clients’ overall health.
